At Carter Mario Law Firm, the health and wellbeing of our clients, employees, and community remains our number one priority. We want to assure our clients that our team is monitoring the situation closely and will continue to follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), state and local government bodies, and other relevant authorities.
At this time, we will be limiting the amount of staff in our offices and therefore limiting (and postponing) all non-essential in-person meetings. Our staff has been instructed to collect necessary signatures either electronically or hand-written through the mail. While we will be conducting all meetings that we can either via the phone or the mail, any which cannot be done electronically will take place in one of our offices only after the implementation of CDC-instructed sanitizing procedures.
Since a large number of our staff will be working remotely from home, you may receive calls coming from numbers other than the firm, including from blocked and anonymous numbers. If we call you and are unable to make contact, we will leave a message.
Should you need to visit one of our offices, please be advised that you will be asked to remain in the front areas of the building as a cautionary measure to protect yourself as well as our staff.
As always, we remain deeply committed to our clients and will be available for you 24/7. We can always be reached at 203-876-2711. Additionally, current clients can access our client portal at any time to upload documents and to view any updates on their cases.
We hope that you and your loved ones stay healthy and safe.
